The rules for using this site, and what has to be said in writing about the group’s services.
Who publishes this site.
CPS United is the commercial name under which the group’s companies present themselves together. It is not in itself an entity authorised to provide financial services, nor a credit institution. Services are provided by the individual companies, each under its own licence and in its own country. For any communication: info@cps-united.com.
Where to find each company’s details.
The registered name, registered office, registration number and contractual terms of each company in the group are published on that company’s own site: coopacsol.com.do for Coopacsol, cps-bank.com for CPS Bank, cps-crypto.com for CPS Crypto. Those are the documents that govern the relationship with the client; these pages present the group, they do not replace them.
What these pages are for.
The information published here is descriptive and informative. It does not constitute a public offer, an investment solicitation, or financial, tax or legal advice. No part of this site creates a contractual relationship: those arise only from contracts signed with the individual company.
Payment accounts and cards.
Payment accounts with IBAN and cards intended for European clients are issued through a partner institution holding the necessary authorisation. The name of the issuing institution and the pricing are stated in the contractual terms of the service, which should be read before signing up.
Crypto wallets: no guarantee on value.
Crypto wallet services are not covered by deposit guarantee schemes or investor compensation schemes. The value of cryptocurrencies can vary significantly and quickly: the loss may be total. Anyone operating in crypto does so at their own risk and after assessing their own situation.
Availability of services.
Not all services are available in all countries. Actual availability depends on the group company authorised in that country and on the checks required by law. Choosing a country on this site only changes how you see it.
Content and trademarks.
The texts, images, trademarks and code of this site belong to the group or to their respective owners. Consultation and quotation with attribution are permitted; full reproduction, modification or commercial use without written authorisation are not.
Links to other sites.
This site links to the sites of the group’s companies and, in some cases, to third-party sites. We have no control over third-party content and are not responsible for it: their own terms and notices apply.
Changes.
These pages may be updated without notice. The version published at the time of consultation prevails. The terms of individual services remain those of their respective contracts.
